A. INDONESIA MORNING MARKET REVIEW

Monday (07/09/2020). After a week ago, JCI fell by -2% accompanied by Net Sell by Foreign Investors of IDR -991.23 billion and referring to the fall of DJIA on Friday last week accompanied by weakening prices for several commodities, such as: Oil -4.5%, Coal -1.47% & CPO -1.97% of course, JCI has the opportunity to fall back, but * there are things that are interesting to note, namely EID0 actually strengthened by + 0.36% and several commodities experienced a rebound such as: Nickel + 1.64%, Tin + 0.22% & Gold + 0.16% so that it brings the hope that JCI has a chance to rebound in This Monday * trade was amidst the attainment of the highest number of victims infected and killed due to Corvid19, where on 3 days (Friday to Sunday) there were an increase of +9,841 people (for 3 days an increase of + 5.34%) infected with Corvid * so far the victims were infected Corvid19 reached 194,109 people with the addition of the death toll for 3 days as many as +275 people (for 3 days an increase of + 3.55%) so that so far the death toll has reached pai 8,025 people, towards 10,000 people killed in the near future (Fatality Rate of 4.13%) *.

PT Kurniamitra Duta Sentosa Tbk (KMDS)

KMDS will list its shares on the IDX on Monday, September 7, 2020. The company which is engaged in trading food and beverage ingredients is releasing 160 million new shares at a price of IDR 300 per share. Kurniamitra`s total public shares are 20% of the issued and fully paid-up capital. This issuer earned Rp 48 billion in IPO funds.

 

PT Bank Bisnis Internasional Tbk (BBSI)

BBSI will list its shares on the IDX on Monday, September 7, 2020. The bank, which is headquartered in Bandung, West Java, has IPO funds of IDR 189.49 billion through the sale of 394.76 million shares at a price of IDR 480 per share.

 

PT Selaras Citra Nusantara Perkasa Tbk (SCNP)

The company, which is engaged in the household appliances industry, is a large trading company for household appliances and household appliances, will list its shares on the IDX on Monday (7/9). The total public shares of SCNP are 20% of the issued and fully paid capital. SCNP sold 500 million shares at a price of 110 per share. This issuer will reap IPO funds of Rp 55 billion.

 

 

B. INDONESIA CORPORATE NEWS

1. PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGAS)

During the first semester of 2020, the company posted revenues of US $ 1.46 billion, down 17.97% (yoy) from the same period in 2019 of US $ 1.78 billion. In details, oil and gas sales to related parties in the first semester of 2020 amounted to US $ 48.44 million or decreased by 44.5% on an annual basis. Meanwhile, gas processing revenue from related parties was valued at US $ 40.43 million or a decrease of 6.6%. On the other hand, sales of oil and gas to third parties were valued at US $ 53.40 million or a 50.9% decline from the previous year`s realization of US $ 108.89 million. Meanwhile, PGAS net profit fell 87.56% on an annual basis to US $ 6.72 million in the first half of 2020.

 

2. PT Summarecon Agung (SMRA)

From the beginning of 2020 to August 2020, the company was recorded at IDR 1.7 trillion or 68% of this year`s target. The company targets marketing sales this year to reach Rp 2.5 trillion. This achievement was mostly contributed by the housing segment with a price range of Rp. 1 billion to Rp. 2 billion per unit. In the fourth quarter of 2020, SMRA plans to launch new products in Bogor with a price range of Rp 1.4 billion-Rp 1.9 billion, and is expected to contribute Rp 400 billion in revenue. This project can be developed on an area of 420 hectares (ha) with a development period of up to 10 years.

 

3. PT Bank Bukopin (BBKP)

The Company said that KB Kookmin Bank Co., Ltd became the sole controlling shareholder of the Company, which owns 67% of the total number of shares issued by the Company. The results of the implementation of BBKP`s Capital Increase without Pre-emptive Rights, namely, the number of new shares issued in PMTHMETD was 16,360,578,947 class B shares with a nominal value of Rp100 per share and the exercise price of PMTHMETD was Rp190 per share. After the implementation of this PMTHMETD, the total issued and paid-in capital of the Company has increased from 16,312,672,247 shares, which are divided into 21,337,978 class A shares and 16,291,334,269 class B shares to 32,673,251,194 shares which are divided into 21,337,978 class shares. A and 32,651,913,216 class B shares.

 

4. PT Bank Capital Indonesia (READ)

The company finally received the blessing of its shareholders to carry out a coporation action in the capital market. In the GMS, the plan for Limited Public Offering IV (PUT IV) was approved by providing Pre-emptive Rights (HMETD), aka a rights issue. The company plans to issue as many as 20 billion new shares or 73% of the paid-in capital after the implementation of the limited public offering IV with a nominal value of Rp100 per share. The company is eyeing fresh proceeds from the rights issue amounting to IDR 2 trillion.

 

5. PT Sky Energy Indonesia (JSKY)

The company plans to hold a rights issue by issuing as many as 1,699,448,100 shares with a nominal value of Rp 50 per share. The company hopes to obtain additional capital of around Rp 84.97 billion through this action. The entire fund will later be used to increase the company`s working capital after deducting emission costs. For shareholders who do not exercise preemptive rights (HMETD), the percentage of share ownership as a whole is expected to be diluted by a maximum of 45.54%.

 

6. PT Batavia Prosperindo Finance (BPFI)

The company plans to increase its capitalization from Rp 220 billion to Rp 700 billion by issuing new shares with Pre-emptive Rights (HMETD) or commonly known as Rights Issue.
