A. INDONESIA MORNING MARKET REVIEW

Tuesday (22/09/2020). JCI is expected to continue its fall in trading this Tuesday as the DJIA weakened by -1.84% last night due to sentiment on the discovery of The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) Files document, which in turn knocked down banking stocks and fell EIDO by -1.94% and fell some prices commodities such as: Oil -3.39%, Gold-1.99%, Nickel -2.04%, CPO -2.42% & Tin -0.44%. The only hope came from Coal commodity by showing its fangs after the price strengthened by + 2.44% (focus on shares of MBAP, ADRO, ITMG, PTBA, HRUM) amidst the achievement of the highest number of victims who were infected and died due to Corvid19, on Monday There is an increase of around +4,176 people (up + 1.71%) infected with Corvid so far the number of victims infected by Corvid19 has reached 248,852 people with the addition of death tolls on Monday as many as +124 people (up + 1.30%) so that so far the death toll has reached 9,677. towards the 10,000 people killed in the near future (Fatality Rate of 3.89%).

 

 

B. INDONESIA CORPORATE NEWS

1. PT Acset Indonusa (ACST)

The company has pocketed fresh funds of IDR 1.49 trillion as a result of the implementation of additional capital through pre-emptive rights. the purpose of using the rights issue proceeds is to pay off a portion of the company`s shareholder loan. The company has an outstanding principal loan owed to UNTR of IDR2.04 trillion as of 15 September 2020. After a partial payment is made, the principal outstanding will be IDR544.75 billion.

 

2. PT United Tractos (UNTR)

The company through its subsidiary PT Karya Supra Perkasa realized the purchase of 946.80 million shares offered by PT Acset Indonusa (ACST) through pre-emptive rights or rights issue. KSP is the majority shareholder of ACST with a share of ownership of 50.10 percent as of August 31, 2020.

 

3. PT MD Pictures (FILM)

The company increased capital to its subsidiary, PT MD Entertainment, amounting to IDR 7.5 billion to cooperate in producing four film series. The funds used come from the company`s cash. On the other hand, as of June 30, 2020, the company posted a decline in revenue of 49.24% to IDR 56.79 billion from IDR111.88 billion in the same period in 2019. The decline in revenue caused the company to lose IDR 33.62 billion from a profit position of IDR 21.09 billion. in semester I / 2019.
