A. INDONESIA MORNING MARKET REVIEW

Meanwhile, the impact of the increase in yield on US 10-year bonds pushed down the price of gold commodities by -1.93%. On the other hand, commodity prices for Oil, CPO & Timah rose by + 1.40%, + 3.73% & + 0.43% respectively, so that they have the potential to push up shares in those 3 commodities. The long-term positive impact of the omnibus law is estimated to still be a positive sentiment for the JCI this Wednesday amid the achievement of the highest number of victims infected and killed due to Corvid19, where on Tuesday there was an increase of around +4,056 people (up + 1.32%) infected with Corvid so far. The number of victims infected by Corvid19 reached 311,176 people with the addition of the death toll on Tuesday as many as +121 people (up + 1.07%) so that so far the death toll has reached 11,374 people. 1. PT SKY Energy Indonesia (JSKY)

The results of the EGMS The Company agreed to increase the issued and paid-up capital of the Company by providing HMETD aka rights issue in a total of 199,188,920 shares with an exercise price of IDR 500 per share with a nominal value of each share of IDR 50 per share, accompanied by the issuance of warrants. a maximum of 707,120,666 with an exercise price of Rp650 per share which can be converted into shares at a maximum of 35% of the total issued and fully paid shares to the shareholders of the Company through the mechanism of a limited public offering by granting HMETD (LPO I).

 

2. PT Mulia Boga Raya (KEJU)

During semester 1/2020, the company posted a net profit of Rp 57.10 billion, up 59.08% compared to the net profit for the same period in 2019 of Rp 35.89 billion. On the other hand, during semester 1/2020, the company`s net sales reached Rp 429.45 billion, or decreased by 60.98% compared to the same period in 2019 of Rp 457.34 billion. Realization of net sales in the first semester of 2020 consisted of sales of block cheese amounting to IDR 401.95 billion, sheet cheese IDR 46.68 billion, and others IDR 8.70 billion.

 

3. PT Puradelta Lestari (DMAS)

The company recorded marketing sales of IDR 1.38 trillion at the end of September 2020, which came from the sale of industrial land covering an area of 67.7 hectares, or 69% of the marketing sales target set by the company for 2020 worth IDR 2 trillion. In the remaining 3 months of this year, the company said there is still demand for another 120 hectares of industrial land owned by the company.

 

4. PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana (SSMS)

As of semester 1/2020, the company posted a profit for the current period attributable to the parent entity of IDR 100.61 billion after previously having posted a loss of IDR 15.01 in the same period last year. The performance improvement in the botom line was supported by sales reaching Rp 1.76 trillion in the first semester of 2020, up 18.34% compared to the same period in 2019 of Rp 1.49 trillion. The details of SSMS sales realization in the first semester of 2020 consisted of sales of palm oil of Rp. 1.59 trillion, palm kernel oil of Rp. 133.45 billion, and palm kernel of Rp. 45.80 billion.

 

5. PT Adhi Karya (ADHI)

The company has won new contracts worth IDR 6.2 trillion by the end of September 2020 or 32% higher than the acquisition of new contracts in the previous month IDR 4.7 trillion. So that the total value of the Order Book is IDR 36.7 trillion. The company remains optimistic that it can obtain new contracts in the second semester of 2020 in the range of IDR 25 trillion to IDR 27 trillion.

 

6. PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure (TBIG)

The company said it would issue debt securities with a maximum value of US $ 700 million or the equivalent of Rp.10.44 trillion using BI`s middle exchange rate of Rp.14,918 per USD on September 30, 2020. The issuance will be carried out once or in a series of issuances.
