Indonesia Market Today - 23 November 2020

A. INDONESIA MORNING MARKET REVIEW

Monday (23/11/2020).

After the JCI has strengthened by + 2.03% over the past week accompanied by a foreign investor`s net buy of IDR 1.06 trillion, but there is an interesting phenomenon, namely * the shrinking net buy of foreign investors in recent times and the continued high number of victims affected by Covid19 * so it is necessary to pay attention * whether selling foreign investors will continue * amid the decline in EIDO by -0.64% and the decline in DJIA by -0.75% on Friday due to the increase in victims of Covid19, questions about stimulus packages and economic improvements have the potential to hold JCI sentiment for a rebound. On the other hand, * rising prices for several commodities such as Oil + 1.03%, Coal + 2.19%, Gold + 0.44% & Nickel + 2.02% have the potential to be a positive sentiment driving higher stocks under these commodities *.
