A. INDONESIA MORNING MARKET REVIEW

Friday (27/11/2020). Amid the closing of the US Stock Exchange celebrating Thanks Giving, * positive sentiment came from the continued strengthening of several commodity prices such as: Coal + 0.86%, Gold + 0.53%, Nickel + 1.24% & Tin + 0.24% as well as the continuation of Foreign Investor Net Buy has the potential to be a positive booster rose JCI and stocks under these commodities * include: * MBAP, ADRO, PTBA, ITMG, UNTR, TINS, INCO, ANTM *.

 

 

B. INDONESIA CORPORATE NEWS

1. PT Astra International (ASII)

Astra Infra acquired 100% shares of PT Jakarta Marga Raya (JMR). The purchase was made for 51% of PT Jakarta Infrastruktur Propertindo (JIP) and 49% shares owned by PT Jaya Sarana Pratama (JSP). Jakarta Marga Raya is a 35% shareholder of PT Marga Lingkar Jakarta (MLJ), as the operator of the Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR) I W2N segment. Meanwhile, the remaining 65% of MLJ`s shares are held by PT Jasa Marga (JSMR). The section extends from Ulujami — Kebon Jeruk. With this acquisition, the total length of Astra Infra`s portfolio toll roads will reach 357.47 km.

 

2. PT Super Energy (SURE)

A total of 33.4% of SURE`s shares were acquired by Japanese gas company Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd. through its business entity Tokyo Gas Asia Pte. Ltd.

 

3. PT Impack Pratama Industri (IMPC)

In 2021, the company sets a revenue target of Rp 1.9 trillion with a net profit of Rp 165 billion or an 18.75% growth compared to this year`s target of Rp 1.6 trillion, while the net profit target will increase by more than 20% (approx. Rp 144 billion) of this year`s net profit target of Rp 120 billion.

 

4. PT Medikalola Hermina (HEAL)

The company will prepare capex funds of Rp. 700 billion - Rp. 800 billion in 2021. The funds will be used, primarily for the addition of hospitals and beds, to the modernization of medical devices such as CT scans, linear accelerators, and other medical laboratory equipment.

 

5. PT Panca Budi Idaman (PBID)

PBID in 2021 is targeting sales growth of around 10% -15% with the expectation that the net profit margin will increase by 8% -9%. PBID has completed the construction of a factory in Pemalang, Central Java and has started operations with a target production volume of 2,000 tons. With the addition of these factories, PBID has a total of 10 factories with a production capacity as of September 2020 of around 122,000 tons per year. The company will allocate capex for 2021 in the range of IDR 50 billion-IDR 60 billion.

 

6. PT Kresna Graha Investama (KREN)

As of the third quarter of 2020, the company posted operating revenues of Rp. 8.532 trillion or a slight growth of 2.9% when compared to the same period in 2019 of Rp. 8,289 trillion. Meanwhile, until the 3rd quarter of 2020 * the company posted an operating loss of Rp. 189.25 billion or a sharp drop of -146.5% * compared to the same period in 2019 and managed to book an operating profit of Rp.390.49 billion.
