A. INDONESIA MORNING MARKET REVIEW

Thursday (03/12/2020). The JCI is expected to have the opportunity to regain its strength in trading this Thursday as the DJIA`s continued strengthening of + 0.20% is boosted by conducive talks regarding the stimulus package and positive sentiment coming from the strengthening of EIDO by + 1.11%. It doesn`t stop there, * positive sentiment also comes from the strengthening of commodity prices in the Early BIRD monitoring, namely: Coal + 2.36%, Oil + 1.41%, Gold + 0.83% & CPO + 1.39% so that it has the potential to push up stocks under these commodities *, including: * MBAP, ADRO, PTBA, ITMG, HRUM, INDY, ANTM, MDKA & UNTR *.

 

 

B. INDONESIA CORPORATE NEWS

1. PT Adhi Karya (ADHI)

The company posted new contracts worth IDR 17.3 trillion as of November 30, 2020 or an increase of 130.7% compared to October 2020 worth IDR 7.5 trillion. So the total order book value is IDR 47.8 trillion, excluding taxes. Meanwhile, several project contracts obtained by ADHI in November 2020 a.l. the Jogja-Solo-NYIA toll road worth IDR 7,831.1 billion and the Serang-Panimbang toll road worth IDR 937.8 billion. In terms of contribution per business line, the acquisition of new ADHI contracts last month included construction and energy business lines amounting to 95%, property 4%, and the rest from other business lines.

 

2. PT PP Presisi (PPRE)

The company booked new contracts of Rp. 2.3 trillion as of November 2020, or reached 108% of the target of Rp. 2.2 trillion. During November, additional new contracts were obtained including the Tamblang Dam, which is located in Buleleng, Bali. Then the Kobexindo cement factory in Sangata. Then the Kertajati access road, West Java and the Batang Industrial Estate, Central Java. In addition, the company has also begun to expand its development in the mining services sector with the commencement of coal mining work in East Kalimantan which is carried out by its subsidiary (LMA).

 

3. PT Indika Energy (INDY)

Company increased its direct and indirect share ownership in Nusantara Resources to 27.75% with a total investment price of US $ 5.84 million. Nusantara Resources Limited is a gold mining company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange which owns 100% of the Awak Mas mining shares located in South Sulawesi. The Awak Emas project has an estimated reserves of 1.1 million ounces of ore and 2 million ounces of resources in the province with a total investment of US $ 150-200 million.

 

4. PT Sunindo Adipersada Tbk (TOYS)

Until the 3rd quarter of 2020, the company posted a net profit of Rp 9.9 billion, up 58.3% yoy. Meanwhile, until the end of quarter 3/2020, the company posted sales of Rp 134.8 billion, up 53% yoy.

 

5. PT Unggul Indah Cahaya (UNIC)

In 2021, the company will allocate a capex of US $ 60 million. The company hopes to add more Alkylbenzene production to 300,000 MT per year. Currently UNIC`s production capacity reaches 270,000 MT per year which is a combination of Linear Alkylbenzene (LAB) and Branched Alkylbenzene (BAB).

 

6. PT Temas (TMAS)

The company plans to increase the fleet capacity in 2021 by adding 7 ships. Throughout 2020, the company purchased 5 vessels. Until November 2020, TMAS was still able to book contracts with a value of Rp. 300 billion with a duration of one year.
