A. INDONESIA MORNING MARKET REVIEW

Friday (04/12/2020). The conducive combination of discussion of the stimulus package, distribution of the Covid19 vaccine and the increase in Boeing shares became the catalyst for the DJIA to rebound by + 0.29% last night where this positive sentiment has the potential to be a driving force for the JCI to rise this Friday. Not only that, * positive sentiment also came from the continued strengthening of commodity prices in Early BIRD monitoring, namely: Coal + 3.99%, Oil + 1.01%, Gold + 0.65%, CPO + 1.77% & Tin + 0.88% so that it has the potential to push up stocks below commodities * include: * MBAP, ADRO, PTBA, ITMG, HRUM, INDY, ANTM, MDKA, TINS, UNTR, AALI & LSIP *.

 

 

B. INDONESIA CORPORATE NEWS

1. PT Bank BRI Syariah (BRIS)

BRIS occupies the highest first position * in distributing funds for the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) in 2020, amounting to 11,647 units. Of the 42 implementing banks in channeling FLPP funds, it is clear that the contribution of Islamic banks has increased. As of Thursday (3/12/2020) as many as 104,477 units valued at IDR 10,718 trillion or 101.93 percent of the 2020 FLPP fund disbursement target.

 

2. PT Sarana Menara Nusantara (TOWR)

As of the 3rd quarter of 2020, the company booked a profit for the period attributable to the owners of the parent company of IDR 1.91 trillion or an increase of + 20.12% compared to the same period in 2021 of IDR 1.59 trillion. Meanwhile, until the 3rd quarter of 2020 the company posted an increase of + 19.35% in revenue to IDR 5.55 trillion compared to the same period in 2019 of IDR 4.65 trillion.

 

3. PT PP Properti (PPRO)

The company recorded marketing sales of Rp 700 billion until November 2020, or a decrease of -69.2% compared to the realization of marketing sales in 2019 of Rp. 2.27 trillion. This achievement was achieved through the sale of Grand Kamala Lagoon in Bekasi and Grand Sungkono Lagoon in Surabaya. The company revised down its revenue target at the end of 2020 by around 24.30% to Rp 1.9 trillion compared to last year`s achievement of Rp 2.51 trillion.

 

4. PT Surya Semesta Internusa (SSIA)

The company is preparing a capex budget of IDR 750 billion for 2021 which will be used to add land and develop projects. One of SSIA`s plans is to acquire 160 ha of land in Subang. Meanwhile, for 2021, the company targets to get marketing of IDR 1.4 trillion.
