Indonesia Market Today - 21 December 2020

Monday (21/12/2020). After the JCI strengthened by 2.8% over the past week amidst the Net Sell of Foreign Investors of IDR1.46 trillion, at the beginning of this week there is a chance that the JCI will be hit by selling pressure again as the DJIA falls by -0.41% & EIDO -0.54% * amid the high number of victims who affected by Covid19 (an average of over 6500 people per day) and the number of deaths due to Covid19 actually reached one of the highest levels per day, namely 221 people a day * due to Covid19.

On the other hand, the prices of several commodities have increased, such as: Oil + 1.49%, Coal + 0.24%, Timah + 0.82% and CPO + 1.66% so that it has the potential to push up stocks under these commodities.

B. INDONESIA CORPORATE NEWS

1. PT Sky Energy Indonesia (JSKY)

As of the 3rd quarter of 2020, * the company posted a net profit attributable to the parent owner of Rp 17.14 billion, an increase of + 205.63% * compared to the 2/2020 quarter of Rp 5,610 billion. Meanwhile, until quarter 3/2020, * the company posted sales and operating revenues of Rp. 189.96 billion, an increase of + 62% * compared to quarter 2/2020 of Rp. 117,256 billion. 2. PT United Tractors (UNTR)

The company estimates sales of Komatsu heavy equipment to reach around 1,700 units in 2021, driven by growth from the non-mining sector. Total sales of Komatsu heavy equipment by the end of October 2020 stood at 1,345 units or contracted by 50.8% compared to the same period in 2019 of 2,734 units.

3. PT Inti Bangun Sejahtera (IBST)

The company has budgeted a capex of up to Rp 1 trillion in 2021 which will be used to add new towers and install fiber optics. There are 355 sites that the company plans to pursue in the first and second quarters of 2021, where there are still options for adding 131 sites or 486 total towers that the company will build and that`s only from one operator because the network expansion is early.
