A. INDONESIA MORNING MARKET REVIEW

1. PT FAP Agri Tbk (FAPA)

The offering price of FAPA is IDR 1,840 per share, with the total number of shares listed as 3,629,411,800 or 3.63 billion shares, so that its market capitalization is IDR 6,678,117,712,000 or IDR 6.68 trillion.

2. PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGAS)

PGAS has the potential to pay a principal of Rp 3.06 trillion in tax disputes plus a fine because the Supreme Court (MA) granted the review submitted by the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) in 2019. Regarding this, PGAS also has not established a reserve in the financial statements as of September 30, 2020. 3. PT Wijaya Karya (WIKA)

The MRT Station Sanying Line Taiwan has a contract value of IDR 226.74 billion. The project belongs to the New Taipei City Department of Rapid Transit Systems, which started on May 17, 2019. WIKA targets this project to be completed in May 2021. Then Construction & Commissioning (EPCC) TSL Furnace Ausmelt is a project owned by PT Timah Tbk (TINS) with a contract value of Rp 796 billion. This project began work on January 22, 2020 and is targeted for completion in August 2021. Meanwhile, the EPC Ammonium Nitrate Project is a project owned by PT Kaltim Ammonium Nitrate with a contract value of Rp 467.8 billion. This project began work on December 18, 2019 and is targeted for completion in June 2021.

4. PT MNC Vision Networks (IPTV)

The Company has conducted PMTHMETD or private placement of 2.86 billion new shares with a nominal value of Rp 100. Shares that were listed on Wednesday (30/12) were released at an exercise price of Rp 300 per share. With this listing of shares, the total IPTV shares listed on the IDX totaled 41.51 billion shares.

5. PT Ketrosden Triasmitra

The company offers Ketrosden Triasmitra I Bonds in 2020 worth IDR 700 billion. Triasmitra will issue bonds in two series. Series A will be issued with a principal value of Rp. 400 billion, an interest rate of 6.8% and a tenor of three years. Meanwhile, Series B will be issued with a principal value of Rp. 168 billion, an interest rate of 7.25% and a tenor of five years.
