A. INDONESIA MORNING MARKET REVIEW

The realization of the PEN budget last year was only 83.4%

1. PT Bank Mayapada Internasional (MAYA)

The company has set the exercise price for the additional capital by means of HMETD or rights issue of Rp 400 per share. MAYA will issue 4.99 billion shares so that the company has the potential to reap fresh funds of IDR 1.99 trillion. The company estimates that this rights issue will be effective on February 18, 2020. The last date for trading shares with HMETD (cum right) in the regular and negotiation markets is scheduled for February 26 and on the cash market on March 2, 2020.

 

2. PT Elnusa (ELSA)

The company is aiming for higher revenue and profit in 2021 than the realization in 2020 amounting to Rp 7 trillion and Rp 200 billion, respectively. ELSA`s revenue of IDR 7 trillion at the end of 2020 represents a decrease of 16.51% compared to 2019 worth IDR 8.38 trillion. Meanwhile, the profit was worth IDR 200 billion or decreased by 21.51% compared to the previous year amounting to IDR 356.47 billion.

 

3. PT Medikaloka Hermina (HEAL)

Perseran received IDR 20 billion in fresh funds from a private placement or PMTHMETD. The company has issued 5 million new shares with a nominal value of Rp100 on December 30, 2020. The private placement price is Rp.4,000.

 

4. PT Waskita Karya (WSKT)

To patch debt, the company will issue debt securities to pay off the bonds due in 2021. The WSKT debt securities, namely Waskita Karya Phase II Sustainable Bonds 2018 Series A with a principal amount of Rp1.17 trillion will mature on February 23, 2021. Furthermore The Sustainable Bonds II Waskita Karya Phase II Year 2016 worth IDR 900 billion will mature on September 28, 2021.
